It could work out. But we’re not sure. It depends on the actual road conditions.
And for sure it would be good if you carry an air compressor with you.
You could do the tour the other way round – from Ksar Ghilane to Douz and ask the locals in Ksar Ghilane if you should drive it or not.
If you get stuck near Ksar Ghilane there are people who can help you.
